Construction continues to move ahead across both stages at Nautica, with exciting milestones being reached onsite.

STAGE 1 PROGRESS

The first set of villas has now been externally painted, with exterior works completed and scaffolding removed. Inside, plasterboard walls and ceilings are going in, with flooring installation underway in the first townhouses. Stairs are also being fitted, while the final building in Stage 1 has scaffolding in place to complete its external detailing. With all homes now at lock-up, focus has shifted firmly to interiors.

STAGE 2 PROGRESS

Stage 2 is advancing steadily, with approximately 60% of townhouse frames now installed. Roof structures are already on two buildings, and works continue across the remaining homes. Sewer diversion works around Stage 2 are also progressing, preparing the site for the next stages of construction.
