As the year draws to a close, construction at Nautica by Rogerscorp continues to progress with strong momentum across both stages of the project.

STAGE 1 PROGRESS

Works within Stage 1 are now well advanced, with a significant focus on internal finishes throughout the villas. Sheeting, painting, tiling, joinery, stone installation and appliance fit-offs are all underway, marking an important phase as the homes move closer to completion.

STAGE 2 TAKING SHAPE

Stage 2 is also making steady strides, with framing now nearing completion. External works continue to progress, including brickwork and cladding, while windows and doors are being installed in preparation for internal works to commence in the coming months.

LOOKING AHEAD

It has been a productive year on site, with consistent progress achieved across both stages of Nautica. We look forward to carrying this momentum into 2026 as construction continues and the vision for the community comes further to life.
