Construction at Nautica continues to progress strongly as the community moves closer to completion, with significant milestones now being reached across both stages.

STAGE 1 NEARING COMPLETION

Stage 1 has entered its final phase, with the residences now receiving their finishing touches internally. Landscaping and fencing have been completed throughout the precinct, helping to bring the vision for the community to life, while driveways are now poured and complete.

Works are also progressing across Nautica's shared amenities, with these spaces beginning to take shape ahead of the community's first residents moving in.

STAGE 2 PROGRESSING CLOSELY BEHIND

Construction across Stage 2 continues to advance steadily and remains on track for completion later this year.

Internally, cabinetry and flooring have now been installed throughout the residences, creating a strong sense of the finished homes. Works are currently focused on carpentry, painting, fixtures and appliance installation, while final structural works and external cladding continue to progress across the development.

LOOKING AHEAD

With Stage 1 nearing completion and Stage 2 continuing to advance,  Nautica is quickly becoming a reality.

We are excited by the progress being made onsite and look forward to welcoming the first residents to Margate's newest coastal community in the months ahead.
